Dr. Naphtali Hoff

Naphtali Hoff, PsyD, is the founder of Impactful Coaching & Consulting. He helps executives, school leaders, and nonprofit professionals lead with more clarity and less overwhelm.

He is the author of three books on leadership, including Becoming the New Boss and Becoming the Productive Boss, and hosts a podcast for leaders.
