Who it’s for

Consultants, coaches, advisors, agency owners, and other service providers who run their own practice. Everyone in the room carries the same load: finding clients, pricing well, and doing it all with a small team or none.

What’s included

A monthly growth session

A 75-minute session led by Dr. Naphtali Hoff on a practical theme such as pricing, steady client flow, simple systems, or your first helper. Members also bring live challenges for hot-seat input.

Twice-monthly accountability pods

Small groups of three or four members meet for 30 minutes every two weeks. Each person reports on the last commitment, names the next dated action, and gets quick input. A simple agenda is provided.

A private community

A WhatsApp group with a weekly goal-setting prompt and a Friday wins check-in, plus a place for questions, referrals, and resources between meetings.

Tools and templates

A 90-day growth plan, a client pipeline tracker, a simple monthly dashboard for revenue, profit, and hours, an offer and pricing worksheet, and a guide to making your first hire.

Guest expert sessions

Each quarter, a guest practitioner such as a bookkeeper, marketer, or sales coach joins the group for a focused session.

Replays and resources

Every growth session is recorded, so a missed session never leaves you behind.

How a month works

Set a monthly goal

Pick one outcome that matters, such as landing two new clients or launching a new package.

Commit every two weeks

In your pod, report on what you did and name the next dated action that moves the goal forward.

Learn and get input

Join the monthly growth session to learn a practical skill and work through live challenges with the whole group.

Dr. Naphtali Hoff

Naphtali Hoff, PsyD, is the founder of Impactful Coaching & Consulting. He helps executives, school leaders, and nonprofit professionals lead with more clarity and less overwhelm.

He is the author of three books on leadership, including Becoming the New Boss and Becoming the Productive Boss, and hosts a podcast for leaders. He leads the monthly growth sessions and sets up the pods so the group keeps moving between sessions.

Investment

$175/month

Billed as $1,050 per 6-month term.

Roundtable runs in closed cohorts of 12 to 16 members, so pods stay together and the group builds trust. Membership is a six-month term.

Complete a short application so we can confirm the group is a fit for your business. We keep each cohort focused, so not every applicant is admitted.

What happens after I apply?

We review each application personally and reach out about next steps within a few business days.

What if I miss a meeting?

Growth sessions are recorded. If you miss a pod meeting, post a short written update to your pod so everyone stays in the loop.

Is one-on-one coaching included?

Roundtable is a group program. Members can add individual sessions with Dr. Hoff at a member rate.

What if my business is under $150K?

If you are newer and growing quickly, apply and we will consider it. If you have been at it for years and revenue is still well under $150K, the group is likely not the right fit yet. You are welcome to reapply as the business grows.

What if I run a larger business?

If you are at $500K or above, see Impact Council, where Dr. Hoff facilitates every session. Between $400K and $500K, apply to either group and we will help you choose.
