The challenge

Getting students to write more — and better — is one of the biggest challenges schools face.

01

Teachers lack the capacity

Many teachers haven't been equipped to teach writing, so it gets relegated to the back burner.

02

Feedback rarely happens

Even teachers who assign writing seldom review and grade it — and students miss the feedback that builds their skills.

03

Students resent writing

Isolated worksheets don't build skills progressively or spark interest, so students struggle — and stop trying.

Write It Right curriculum

A writing program teachers can actually run.

Approachable, engaging, stand-alone exercises that progress systematically — with the guidance, scaffolding, and support students need to write clearly and effectively. It isn't tied to any other curriculum, so it fits into your schedule as it is.

Using graphic organizers and worked samples, students learn to write five-paragraph persuasive essays, poetry, formal letters, letters of recommendation, advertisements, thank-you notes, and much more.

All content is written for yeshivos and day schools, so there's nothing to censor or adapt.

Booklet creation

A beautifully designed booklet goes home, so students can share their work with their families.

Before your program, we offered limited writing instruction, using isolated worksheets that did not progressively develop student skills or generate much interest in the subject. Now, our students are writing more than ever, and we can see significant progress in their skill development each year.

“Write It Right is a great resource for yeshivos and chadarim. I found myself spending so much time trying to censor or recreate the mainstream workbooks… Dr. Hoff has done the hard work for you, and created a systematic, easy approach to teaching writing skills.”
Rabbi Yossi Zeidman · Cheder Lubavitch of Morristown
“My students loved using Write It Right and looked forward to the days we used it. I was impressed with how the book provided multiple pages for each skill, but done differently so that the students weren't just doing the same exact thing over and over.”
Menachem Ickovitz · Teacher, Yeshiva Bais Dovid
